In order to pray for the safety of police colleagues, Liao Hsun-Cheng , Commissioner of Chaiyi County Police Bureau , lead all staff do” Chungyuan Pu Tu ”, burn incense and paper money to “Good brothers”.

嘉義縣警察局局長廖訓誠帶領全體同仁中元普渡，焚香燒金紙祭拜好兄弟，祈求警察同仁平安。

Chungyuan Pu Tu is a salvation ceremony in Taiwan’s Ghost Month. And  “Good brothers” is another name of wandering ghosts.

中元普渡是台灣鬼月一個救渡鬼魂的儀式。好兄弟是遊蕩鬼魂的別名。
