  2. Verification:
    (1) Citizen: ID card or a copy of household registration or applicant's registered residence issued within one month and the passport if you need an English copy
    (2) Foreigners require Reasonable proof of identify which may include a copy of either a passport or A.R.C.
    (3) Application fee: NT＄100.
    (4) Postage： If you required by post

  1. Submit authorization letters with applicants’ signature or stamp if applicants can't apply in person.Any minor applicant should also present his/her legal guardian's letter of consent and original ID with his/her application.
  2. Issued within 2 working days. Records requiring further confirm with judicial or military agencies may take longer.
