There are one Director-General, two Deputy Director-Generals and one Chief Secretary in CCPB. It consists of Administration Section, Household Registration Section, Training Section, Public Order and Civil Defense Section, Foreign Affairs Section, General Affairs Section, Mainland Affairs Section, Forensic science Section, Inspection Office, Secretariat, Intelligence Office, Personnel Office, Information Management Office, Accounting Office, Public Relations Office, Criminal Investigation Brigade, Juvenile Delinquency Prevention Police Brigade, Women and Children Protection Brigade, Traffic Police Brigade, Special Police Brigade, Duty Command Center, and Civil Defense Operations Center. The above 20 units are in charge of various police duties and services.
For the purpose of peace and order, the bureau has established 6 police precincts: Minsyong, Puzih, Sueishang, Budai, Chongpu, and Jhuci. Under the police precincts, there are 12 police stations, 69 police sub-stations, 8 mountain checkpoints (4 of which are working in local police sub-stations) set.

To maintain peace and order, the bureau has established 6 police precincts, (Minshong, Putze, Swesan, Pudai, Chonpoo, Tzuchi), 12 police substations, 68 police stations, 8 mountain check posts with 2 stations, and 489 police beats to carry out the daily duties, totaling 1,318 members.
